MS Communications is a family-owned corporation in business since 1994. Our business was founded on the principle that customer service is the most important item we can provide to our customers.
Nick has been with MS Communications for 21 years. He is responsible for sales and general office management. Nick’s focus is on billing review projects and outsourcing activities for current customers.
Nick graduated from Quincy University in 1997 with a business degree and began working at MS Communications the following year. Initially, he coordinated service orders and focused on follow up with existing customers. Then, transition was made to new sales and product development. Currently, he is the company Vice President and oversees all operations of the company.
Nick is married to Jill and they have 6 children. His hobbies include being a dad, playing music, and playing golf. He is active in several church-related organizations, and involved with Great River TEC.
Marcia is the President and founder of MS Communications. Marcia’s attention to detail and focus on personalized customer service continues to guide the path of MS Communications. Her primary focus is consulting projects for business customers. She is pleased to be able to spend most of her time outside the office, while still offering consultative assistance as needed.
Marcia’s career in telecommunications began in 1969 as a service rep for Illinois Bell, just 2 days out of High School. After several quick promotions, Marcia became a business communications consultant with Illinois Bell. She took early retirement in 1993 and started MS Communications. The company began as an Ameritech Authorized Distributor, then grew to provide many products from various vendors, and now has added its own Smart Review family of services.
Marcia is married to Dennis and they have 4 children and 16 grandchildren. She participates in various church-related activities including Quincy Cursillo.
